This place sucks. I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with 1700 miles and not a scratch, other than the left side rear door that is now trashed thanks to this car wash. I took the car back within 45 minutes of the wash, filled out an accident report and was told I would be contacted in two days after the guy "talked to management". Have they contacted me? What do you think? My brand new vehicle is now damaged because of this place, and of course they don't give a sh!t.
TERRIBLE!! This place put a faulty O-Ring on during a standard oil change and it RUINED MY ENGINE! They fought with me saying it was my fault and never owned up to their mistake! This place does terrible work and I'm positive their staff is illiterate and just passes off problems as nothing. It took me months to get my money back! And im still out money! DON"T GO HERE!!! GO TO A REAL PLACE OR A DEALERSHIP FOR YOUR OIL CHANGE!!!!!
