Brand New Damaged Vehicle This place sucks. I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with 1700 miles and not a scratch, other than the left side rear door that is now trashed thanks to this car wash.
Brand New Damaged Vehicle This place sucks. I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with 1700 miles and not a scratch, other than the left side rear door that is now trashed thanks to this car wash. I took the car back within 45 minutes of the wash, filled out an accident report and was told I would be contacted in two days after the guy "talked to management". Have they contacted me? What do you think? My brand new vehicle is now damaged because of this place, and of course they don't give a sh!t.
MR. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!! I got my oil changed and this place put on a faulty O-ring and RUINED MY ENGINE!!! They fought with me saying it was my fault and they were a HUGE pain!!! NEVER go HERE! They do a TERRIBLE job and don't own up to their MISTAKES!!!! It took me several months, time, and money to get my money back! It was a HUGE MISTAKE to trust these guys. TELL YOUR FRIENDS, THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
