Went through the wash one day and had a large chunk taken out of my tire and wheel from the moving components that take your car through the wash. The owner was immediately rude and blamed me for "rushing" the employees. I went to star wash for at least 4 years - never going back.
Be wary, if something breaks they won't fix it. We picked up a gardening tool in our tire going through the car wash and the manager accused me of picking it up on the street and trying to blame it on him.
Nosman is a scammer. The antenna was obviously broken when you went in. there is no way an antenna costs $300. Best wash ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
Use at your own risk! They broke my antenna while removing it and refused to replace. Car wash ended up costing me $394.
