I called to rent a unit, paid my deposit and literally 5 min later called back to cancel when a friend came through with some space for me. They were very kind and promptly issued me a refund. I noticed a few weeks later that I had only been partially refunded. When I called to ask why I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it must have just been an error and they fixed it. Very nice upkeep and units, the staff are make it so easy to rent and answer all questions or deal with any troubles you might have. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean easy access to storage
