Exceptional service. Zack was here the very next day after calling his company. Worked for more than an hour checking out our system and explained everything he was doing and why. We purchased a system from his company several years ago, and he did not even charge us for the visit. We have not had such great service since moving here. Would highly recommend this company.

Have used Zac and his crew on several occasions in the last few years. Most recently we had them install a soft water system which cleared up a number of pipe and valve problems caused by mineral deposits. Called them for a small leak under our kitchen drain. They charged over $450 to replace a couple of connections, and they insisted on replacing the p-trap and drainage system under our sink. It only took 30 minutes to do this. Wow!

Excellent company. Our water heater was chalked full of calcium buildup. We initially wanted to see if someone could clean it out quicker than we could. We called up SVP and talked to Zac about our issue. He was more than happy to share with us a wealth of knowledge about our situation and the outcomes. He was very down to earth and happy to help even without a guarantee that we would utilize his service. Staff investigated my issue and offered a solution that ended saving upwards of +$17,000. They did their due diligence that another plumber missed, all it took was a tiny bit more time and effort to find the leak. In the end I did not have to replace my entire service line, instead just fixed a leak that was in my crawlspace. I will definitely use Star Valley Plumbing again!
