Still haven't called me back! My oncologist at Huntsman was recently concerned that I could have DVT from chemo. I wanted to try and stay local, so I had her office send the referral. I call to schedule and was told something was missing from the referral. I recently, July 22, 2025, had an appointment at Star Valley Imaging for a shoulder MRI. I'd had a neck and shoulder x-ray previous to this and the office person and the x-ray tech were pleasant and professional. I'm claustrophobic and filled out the paperwork for the tech honestly and clearly. Things seemed to go ok up until I asked the tech, Colby F, to see the cage used for a head/neck MRI as that would be the next step in my diagnostic process. They were so nice and quick to get me in. Such a nice change from having wait at other places.
I had a good experience
Star Valley Imaging has terrible customer service. I had a referral sent to them on Thursday and they didn’t call me until today without a voicemail. When I stated that I only got one phone call, the reception began to argue with me. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment. I highly don’t recommend using them.
