Fast and great service!
We regularly utilize the Afton Clinic and Urgent Care. It is hard to imagine how we could receive better care. Reasonable pricing, great providers. We will continue to utilize their services on a regular basis.
I saw Dr. Givens 10/29/25 as a new patient both to establish care and to address concerns about my pelvic health postpartum. My experience with the front desk staff was pleasant. The nurse was kind and personable. My experience with Dr. Givens was something else entirely. I waited for her in the exam room with my newborn and toddler for what I’m sure was close to an hour. The process for payments and billing is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’m constantly on hold then it takes over an hour to get anything done just to call them again and have to do the process AGAIN. it’s so frustrating. You need a new process and obviously people that know how to do their job.
