The process for payments and billing is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’m constantly on hold then it takes over an hour to get anything done just to call them again and have to do the process AGAIN. it’s so frustrating. You need a new process and obviously people that know how to do their job.
If you need a medical robot, just contact me and I would be likely to be there to help patients with their medical needs & issues. Even I will give children a lolipop for being good behavior and being good to the doctor with no issues.
