This ER denied emergency care for an 8 year old with a head injury. Over masks. 2 years ago they denied emergency medical care to an injured teen due to Covid occupancy limits. If they will risk a little ones life for a lie, do not trust them with the medical care that actually matters. Check out @svhealthwy on Twitter for video evidence. Threatening a peaceful respectful mom with the police because they don’t want to talk truth

This hospital is horrible, my son went there if 82 of oxygen saturation and they send me back home , just telling me was croup. Today he was Worst and we call the doctor and he said he can do anything because it's croup He said to just clean his nose so we went to another hospital and and he was diagnostic to pneumonia. Don't waste your time and your son Life going in in this hospital

Thank God for the sweet nurses that work here and the Saint that brought us to them, they checked me and my boyfriend out with so much patience and care, I will forever be greatful to my nurse for giving me a hug that I really needed. Thank you

This place is trash. If I could give it zero stars I would. Whoever Rhonda is in billing can someone tell her to do her job? Every time I’ve called about a finally inquiry she’s never there and it goes to voicemail. I leave a voicemail and she never calls back. Maybe train a couple more people in billing to know how to do their jobs?? How hard is it to get an itemized receipt? I work in a medical office and do this for people every day?? If she can’t handle it maybe train a couple more people to help out? Zero stars.
