Update 3/6/26- I dropped a check off in deposit during their closed lunch hour. I called at 4:15 to verify if it had been deposited. I was told, "I can tell you right now, that's it's not deposited because the deposit box only gets opened in the mornings". I find it very odd that a bank doesn't check a deposit box but once in the morning hours considering their hours of operation are 9-5 and no Saturday hours which is inconvenient for a large number of people. We have banked with the TV branch for 10 years because they were good to my husband with a loan when he was laid off from his job. They are to this day always friendly and nice! However, I have had the same issue multiple times over the last year that I drop off a check for deposit in the box AND THEY DONT DEPOSIT it. A entire day it has set in there and nobody checked it? Unfortunately when I realized it happened again today it was 4:53pm and I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone.

I pulled and parked in the handicap at two minutes till one by the time I got out of my car to go to the door the lady had locked the door for lunch. She seen me and continue to lock the door terrible.

Hours of operation are terrible for anyone who works. Nothing before 9am or after 5pm, and closed for a full hour for lunch, including closing the drive-thru. Small staff, you cannot make an appointment to meet with a manager and have to just hope someone is available to help if you stop in. One particularly unfriendly teller.
