Takes 30+ minutes to go back then 30+ minutes to see the doctor then 30+ minutes to leave after that.
Not a good experience. My son had 4 strokes due to medical error that left him in a wheelchair and blind. The doctor wanted to do a procedure. My son wanted to discuss the result of the ultrasound first. The doctor continued telling my son to remove his clothes. My son asked the doctor to raise the leg pad on the table, to remove his pants laying down. The doctor told my son to stand and get undressed. My son is in a wheelchair, cannot stand to undress. I NEVER do reviews of businesses, if I do, usually it's for outstanding service. That is not the case with Star Urology. In 2021, I was referred to them by my Dr. because I had a kidney stone that was descending and it was too large to pass. Dr. Nwafor did my lithotripsy procedure at Baylor in Waxahachie and I had 1 follow up appt. Flash forward to the beginning of this month, October 2024.
