I have been a patient a little over a year. My daughter as well. Sometimes you do wait longer than your scheduled appt. But this happens at Dr offices everywhere. I have never felt rushed during appts and feel this can be a reason for any delays. We have been treated with kindness and care. They took the time to see if medications and other means would work before requiring surgery for my prolapsed bladder. I had a sonogram scheduled for 9:30 am. I asked the front desk if they had forgotten about me at 10:00 am and they said no. A bout 8 or 10 patients came in after me and were taken back. Either they were late arriving or they were put ahead of me. After a full hour of waiting I approached the front desk and asked what time they were planning on seeing me. Takes 30+ minutes to go back then 30+ minutes to see the doctor then 30+ minutes to leave after that.

Not a good experience. My son had 4 strokes due to medical error that left him in a wheelchair and blind. The doctor wanted to do a procedure. My son wanted to discuss the result of the ultrasound first. The doctor continued telling my son to remove his clothes. My son asked the doctor to raise the leg pad on the table, to remove his pants laying down. The doctor told my son to stand and get undressed. My son is in a wheelchair, cannot stand to undress.
