Bad experience
I have openby BOI bank but wrong information passed by staff also on blank form sign given. Bankars said Short term but it's was very long period. I am uncomfortable fill.
1) The office has shifted to another place and not at as shown in the map. It's 5 minutes rickshaw ride from Chakala metro station. 2) I went there with my mother to surrender my policy after having a horrible experience regarding the same at the Mira road branch. Mr Vishwajit Mohite guided us through the entire thing and our money was deposited in 10 days.
