RIP OFF. I rang the kingaroy store to get a quote for a wheel alignment and tyres balanced on my hilux. They quoted my $130. When picking up the car they charged me $180. When I told them I was quoted $130 I was told most people only balance 2 tyres so I had to pay another $50 for the second 2 tyres. That's a scam and by far the most expensive wheel alignment I have ever paid for. People don't only get 2 tyres balanced so why lie? Had a puncture on a Friday afternoon dropped in around here at415pm thinking that we might be out of luck having a repair done, the guys were more than helpful, fixed the tyre and had us on our way in no time at all, great service
Worst customer service I needed help and they treated me like something they stepped in will never recommend them to anyone again. They are just a bunch of bullies
Wheel alignment took 15 minutes. I said to the person, that's the fastest wheel alignment I've seen - she just smiled. I washed my car and noticed damaged to one of my wheels (2 notches in the centre of my wheels). I will never return to this business!
