Sony 75” tv that had blinking red lights issue. Found out star was an authorized repair shop and that squaretrade approved them to check it out. Was quickly seen and they diagnosed it to being a faulty led part that is an expensive assembly to replace (and hard part to find). They worked with me to in getting the information needed to the warranty company. Would for sure come back and refer others in the area who needs an electronics technician. They called me a few business days after I filed an issue with InSinkErator, David came by the same day and replaced the unit fast and for free (covered by warranty). Would recommend for this type of fix, thanks a lot!

Will not recommend their services to my worst enemy. They came with an old part and tried to convince me it was a new part for my fridge. I hope this many can find it in his heart to be an honest service provider. God Bless him.
