I've used Star Appliance Services for many years. I've always found them to be trustworthy, honest and fair in their pricing and repair work and would recommend them without hesitation. They have repaired appliances at my home and my place of business and when something isn't worth fixing and needs to be replaced, they let me know. Likewise, if something isn't broken (like the washing machine at my workplace that was overloaded with towels by a new employee), they don't invent things to fix to boost the bottom line. Sony 75” tv that had blinking red lights issue. Found out star was an authorized repair shop and that squaretrade approved them to check it out. Was quickly seen and they diagnosed it to being a faulty led part that is an expensive assembly to replace (and hard part to find). They worked with me to in getting the information needed to the warranty company. Would for sure come back and refer others in the area who needs an electronics technician. They called me a few business days after I filed an issue with InSinkErator, David came by the same day and replaced the unit fast and for free (covered by warranty). Would recommend for this type of fix, thanks a lot!
