Star is a very deceitful person. He had me sign the estimate and after I handed it back to him he quickly circled "Contract" and handed it back to me. THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I felt like he was shady and not a very good business man, so I texted him to cancel his crazy contact nonsense 24 hours before he was supposed to come. He told me that since I signed a "contract" there would be a cancellation fee of $500.00.
