I called Star Travel to ask for Janis and found out she had retired. I talked to a man there about taking a Hawaiin vacation and he could not give me any information about Hawaii- the attractions, hotels, beaches or anything. He said that he had been to Hawaii once about 15 years ago, and he could only "send me a brochure". Not much help at all !!!!I am definitely not going to use them.

Our agent was Janis at Star Travel, she provided excellent service and saved us the hassle of doing it ourselves. She was also able to help some friends who were not happy with their previous travel agent. We highly recommend Janis at Star Travel to all our friends.
