If I could this place 0 stars, I would ! Not only did they not fix my problem, they caused $750 worth of more work that they could not fix. So they charged me for $1700 for a torque converter that was worse after I got it back, and they caused $750 more damage to other things. They also had my vehicle for 2 months ! I was an awful experience !! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!
We just had my transmission replaced by Star and couldn't be more pleased. We shopped around and asked for reviews from a lot of people. We are confident they are the best price around and the service is trustworthy. THANK YOU!
Came in for a transmission replacement, mind you I bought a transmission and brought it there with the car. It still took three weeks, each time I called they pushed back the date. During that time my fuel sensor was damaged causing my dash unable to read how much gas I had. Not only did they claim not to know how to fix, but they REFUSED to pay for the damage that happened while my vehicle was in their care. It cost me $500 EXTRA dollars to fix the mistake at a different location.come here at your own risk.
