This is my second time now of having to pick up a parcel from you're depot due to delivery driver leaving a card without ringing my doorbell and I have been home when they left the card. This is just pure laziness and a huge inconvenience for those who work Monday to Friday
Startrack employees like to knock as loudly as possible at 8am in the morning to ensure the entire house is awake! Please retrain your employees!!
Your delivery drivers are hopeless, what are they even being payed for? Ruining thousands of peoples schedules because your drivers find it convenient is unacceptable. We are PAYING you to deliver our packages and parcels, yet you cant even attempt to deliver us our items. Im lodging a complaint to fair trade Australia for your companies attitude and the seemingly fake 5 star reviews
