My experience with StarTrack has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. This is the second time I have had issues with large parcels not being delivered properly to my apartment. Instead of bringing the parcels to the building, they were sent to the post office, which created unnecessary extra work for me. I had an absolutely horrible experience with StarTrack, and this has happened twice now with large parcels. Instead of delivering the parcels properly to my apartment, they dumped them at the post office, creating double work and unnecessary stress for me. My parcels are always delayed despite being express delivery. They don't seem to improve on this matter unfortunately. If you don't follow up your parcel will stay at some distribution system for days. If you call them they refer you to Auspost as they can't provide an indication of where the parcel is at.
I recently had missed delivery on the Monday so I contacted customer service who said it would be redelivered next day ( Tuesday) When that did not happen I again contacted them to arrange for delivery in two days time on the Thursday but for some reason the driver decided to deliver on the Wednesday? Always late every time 2 days late even tho it’s saying due today. It happens every time I get medication sent from the mainland. I’m actually sick of it to be honest as it’s every single order and every single time this happens. Not good enough
