Star Track in general is very frustrating to work with, I was annoyed to have to go in to pick up my package when I know for a fact I was at home sitting on the couch when they supposedly tried to deliver. HOWEVER, I'm adding a couple of stars because the person in the office when I went to pick up my package was so friendly, helpful, and efficient. She knew exactly where my package was and I was out the door within 2 minutes, so I really have no complaints at all with the service actually at the office.
My experience with StarTrack has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. This is the second time I have had issues with large parcels not being delivered properly to my apartment. Instead of bringing the parcels to the building, they were sent to the post office, which created unnecessary extra work for me. The most annoying part is that my apartment has 24-hour reception, so there is always someone available to accept deliveries. I had an absolutely horrible experience with StarTrack, and this has happened twice now with large parcels. Instead of delivering the parcels properly to my apartment, they dumped them at the post office, creating double work and unnecessary stress for me. My parcels are always delayed despite being express delivery. They don't seem to improve on this matter unfortunately. If you don't follow up your parcel will stay at some distribution system for days. If you call them they refer you to Auspost as they can't provide an indication of where the parcel is at.
