Worst courier to exist. Avoid them at all costs if you can
I am very happy with my deliveries and specially my delivery man CLYDE. He is so amazing, he gets your delivery to you on time. He is so polite and makes you feel comfortable and sometimes we have a laugh. And yes CLYDE you are handsome lol. Thank you startrack and thank you very much Clyde.
One of the worst, if not the worst possible delivery service. Pay extra for express postage to receive no news about the item. Then it gets delayed and proceeds to sit in a warehouse 20 minutes from me and I cannot pick it up. Customer service takes forever to get ahold of and "cannot do anything about it" If you order with this company its like shooting yourself in the foot then trying to run and wondering whats up. Dont expect parcels on time or any help with your questions.
Worse than pathetic. I had a laptop due for pickup under warranty (pickup was organised by the laptop manufacturer). This was the second time it was to be picked up, the first time occurred ok. Anyway, this time the driver didn't turn up on the nominated day. By midday the next day I rang Startrack and they said oh, yes, here is the request.....but you are outside our pickup area. So I would have been waiting forever for the bloody driver. Incompetent would be a compliment. Pickup was scheduled again for the next day. Again ... read more
When packages go missing Star Track actually have no ability contact drivers or give you a contact phone number. Totally disconnected joke. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT.
