They only actually attempt to deliver 50% of the packages I get. I have been home and waiting for something to arrive and nobody pulls up, then I get a message saying they attempted delivery but I wasn't home. If you try to talk to customer service you just get an AI bot that won't direct you to a real person. Pathetic service all round.
One star is being overly generous. I was waiting on a parcel containing urgent medical supplies. I was notified on Monday that my parcel had been collected and would be delivered on Tuesday but it did not arrive. Wednesday morning I checked Star Track tracker, it stated it had been loaded into van for delivery for Wednesday. Around 2 oclock it arrived. The parcel was clearly marked URGANT MEDICAL SUPPLIES. Would give less stars if that were an option. Horrible customer service, may as well be talking to a door knob... Sorry, a door knob actually helps you with an issue. Startrack creates them.
No attempt to deliver. No slip. 90km round trip to pickup. StarTrack is the worst company in the country since AusPost swallowed them up.
