Would give less stars if that were an option. Horrible customer service, may as well be talking to a door knob... Sorry, a door knob actually helps you with an issue. Startrack creates them.
No attempt to deliver. No slip. 90km round trip to pickup. StarTrack is the worst company in the country since AusPost swallowed them up.
No delivery notification, then have to wait days before I could even pick it up 82kms away.
No notification of delivery and then have to drive 80 klms to pickup parcel. Customer service is non existent. Wouldn't recommend Startrack to anyone.
