Continually misplace, lose or at the very best deliver very late. Absolutely rubbish service and worse no one is available to resolve poor performance. No accountability to user or receiver. This has got to be used as a case study by management educators of the exact opposite of what a business should be doing!!

No one seems to communicate with anyone else. One person tells you your package is coming for delivery that day, and they will call before delivering; luckily i had a gut feeling to call back, cause my medical device was delivered to the depo for me to pick up without anyone notifying me. The package had a sticker that said: "Medical Urgent" & i paid extra for overnight shipping, and i still went through an entire situation in order to get the my package. I have been waiting for a parcel from Telstra re my landline phone. They - Telstra told that they would be sending it via StarTrack. I said don't as they didn't deliver a parcel about 3 or 4 years ago. That was left at the Post Office and I never knew. Until I had a request from Telstra - it was a mobile phone as our landline was not working and I had to return it. That was 3 months later. I never knew it was there. The then postmaster said I am not a courier service. He said they should advise you that the parcel is there. ... read more
