Went in asking for a 2 good quality tires of a specific brand for the rear of my car and I was told they have better, cheaper alternatives. They recommended a pair so I got them because my tires were worse than I thought so I was rushing. When I got the tires on, I went on the highway it felt like the rear of my car was on ice. 1. Shop around if you like, but Star Tires has tires to fit your budget and driving needs. 2. Quality Installation matters…. At Star you get new valves, road force balancing and you arent going to have to go back with a leak or a lumpy tire like other shops. 3. Locally owned. Good people!

I went in to have four tires installed and balanced and these Service person quoted me $240 plus tax. I went to Scotia Tire and they put the four tires on for $143.46. I think the person behind the counter was trying to take advantage of me. When I questioned him, he said that’s the price all shops charge. Obviously, that’s not the case.
