After visiting 3 different automotive shops, I ended up at star tire. They were the only one to solve a vibration in my 2018. Dodge Ram, all because of a wheelspacer issue. These guys are the best. They also work on my 05 Mustang, and they do the very best of work with the very best of products. Great staff, friendly, good coffee. A hundred percent recommend, bernie lamey, surf & turf adventures ingonish ns.
Ok. So these guys are straight up the best for tires and installation. Called the day before, had my tire in stock ( its an odd 19" by the way) brought the car in , found out I needed 2 tires ( it was legit , alignment issues on my end) and they gave me a great price and good advice on what needed to be replaced . 💯 recommended.
Exceptional customer service, I was quoted $4500 plus tax at Mercedes for my new rims currently that was a bit out of my range. I searched for weeks for rims . Decided to drive to star tires just to check walked out with a brand new set installed & balanced with taxes for $1630. Absolutely pleased with the service, quality and price. This place is the absolute best tire store around. Every time I need a tire plugged they will do it with excellent customer service. One day I needed my tire plugged and I called around every place said for me to drop my car off or take the rim off and drop it off.. nah that’s a painful but then I called Star tires they took me in right away. Now I tell everyone to go there.
I am always amazing at how helpful the guys are here. They help pick the right tires for your driving needs, free rotation and tire changing when you buy tires from them, and today, I went to three gas stations looking to top of my tires with air… all broken. Popped in to Star and they had me in and out in 5 minutes.
