My van had some serious suspension issues and I just walked in Star Tire & Auto. I worked with Kevin and he is a true professional. Kevin did the quick diagnostic and explained me the issue and remedy. My Van was repaired the same day within hours. I have already driven the van about 1000 miles after repair and I am pleased to say that driving my van never felt so good before. Kevin is an expert Auto Mechanic. The guy changed my tires without mentioning that my rim was bent. Once I got on the freeway my sterling wheel started shaking, I go back to the shop and he tells that he knew but never mentioned because he was busy. I would suggest being careful coming here they really didn’t give solution just more problems and I paid 400$.
These guys are very caring they close at 6:30pm. But stayed open ten minutes later just to take my car in . I was Desperate and didn't know what to do.
These guys are the best! We had a tire that kept losing pressure. They quickly found the culprit (a nail), patched it, and sent us on our way. FOR THE MOST REASONABLE PRICE!! Will go here for any issues from now on.
Star Tire & Auto Repair Shop saved the day! I was in a real bind on my way to a concert in Berkeley when my tire popped on 580. I searched for the nearest tire shop and found Star Tire. They literally had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Mike was incredibly helpful – super fast, smooth, and convenient work. The price for the used tire was perfect, especially since they could have easily overcharged me given my situation. I truly appreciate their honesty and quick service. They were God-sent for real!
