Towed car in without an appointment. They checked car out and kept us updated with needed repairs. The car needed more than expected and my daughter was upset. Despite our distress, Kevin and I think Raj remained professional and courteous. Kept the car in a safe place until repairs were completed. Explained what was done and we were done.
