Terrible experience – don’t waste your time here! Went into Star Tire and was told to wait outside because my car would be “next.” I waited and waited, only to watch several cars that arrived after me get taken in before mine — clearly because they were friends or regulars who knew the owner. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. They treat customers they don’t know like they don’t matter. I’ll never come back here and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
