I can’t say enough good things about Star Tech Federal Credit Union and Mystic Mihalick in particular. When my credit was not at its best, Star Tech still treated me with respect and gave me a very fair auto loan rate. That alone would have been enough to earn my appreciation, but their customer service went far beyond that. Later, after I left the credit union, I had an issue with a dealership that needed proof the title was clear and that everything had been handled correctly on Star Tech’s end.
