Friendly staff, but they arent the fastest at processing purchases on bank cards. It can take over a week for a purchase to show up and post to my account. I also have issues with my card declining at most retailers and restaurants. I could have a million dollars in the bank and they would decline my purchase. I also cant make my car payment electronically to Chase using this account because the funds never transfer. I also had issues with Sallie Mae not recognizing the bank as being in the U.S.A., but this has been resolved... read more
