Don Westhaver has been working on cars for over 40 years and was shop foreman for the Mercedes-Benz, Porsche dealer in Vallejo for 15 years. He was the recipient of the rare and coveted Star Technician award from the Mercedes-Benz factory. Don also has a great deal of Porsche factory training and has the Audi/VW Quality Control award as well. Star Tech European has Honest People doing honest work! Took my car to Mercedes Benz of Fairfield, because the service engine soon light came on. This was after I had taken to our local service station garage. The local garage said it was the airpump but to take it to Mercedes Benz to check the codes out. Then comes the good part. After leaving the car at Mercedes Benz FF for 3 days they came up with a whole new "problem". They said it had a " burnt valve".
