I referred a client to get an ITIN #. Client was ripped off. Never received the ITIN# and furthermore they pocketed the money that was supposed to go to the IRS which is fraud. We will be starting an inquiry with the IRS directly on the practices of this office.
I tried to contact Harvey regarding the status of my client's tax returns from 2022. His business phone was off. I called another number associated with him. He answered and told me he did not speak English, however we have texts from him in English. He hung up on us. We tried to call back and he blocked the call. We will be looking into this further.
