Our second location is located at 293 E Main in Ashland Oregon. We serve Asian style cuisine mixed and have a variety of different items on our menu. Open 7 days a week we invite you to come on in and dine with us for lunch or dinner. Star Sushi is a favorite when it comes to Medford Oregon restaurants.

Mediochre at best. The rolls were small and there was not nearly enough wasabi or ginger. Not likely to return.
We have been to Star Sushi 5 or 6 times. The first time we gave it a shot, the waitress brought out our food at different times (like 5-10 minutes apart). We decided to give them another chance and again, we were eating our food at different times, or waiting until one dish was cold to eat as a family. (Even with very few customers, the service is very slow.) Then we purchased a coupon book that offered one free dish with purchase of another at Star, so we went back. I love this place!!I always go there even the cook and the chefs are very friendly..I been coming here for @ least 6 months..They have excellent sushi/hot foods.. I love their firecracker sushi / the fried rice combo seafood they have is the bomb..They have excellent customer service @ all times..
