I’m so glad I picked up my Crosstrek on 9/17. I always come to Star Subaru because the sales representative, Jackson, and the finance manager, Michael, are so nice. They make you feel comfortable by clearly explaining the costs and options, and they always give me and my friends a fair deal. This is my fifth time coming back to Subaru because Jackson and Michael always go above and beyond to help you through the process.
Got an oil change and inspection on my recently purchased vehicle. Reasonable waiting time, sufficient seating and good customer service.
Worse experience ever Had to wait for check up for few days They asked me to leave the car for few days just to even to look at it and tell me wahts wrong with it
There’s an extremely rude, middle-aged, African American male employee (at the garage entrance) who thought it prudent to outright yell at me, and make a snide comment about me getting food from the vending machine, for not checking in inside after my paperwork was processed. Neither he nor no one else instructed me to check in. This individual should be fired, and probably blacklisted from having employment at any car service center (or maybe even employment, period) again.
