WOW!!! Thought I was the only one.. I have come to this place many times and yes even noticed that it would charge me double for one car wash… tried calling before no answer !!! Zero stars if I could. Eleven dollars cash and the door wouldn't open. Believing I could get a refund from management, I used a credit card. Again no door opened. Called the number on the website, but there is no way to leave a message. I will not attempt any more business there.
