Brought in a car with 60k never failed before. Passed all tests. Then dude said I’m failing you for a visual item. A valve cover item that wiggled. Went to dealer and they said the smog shop is crazy went to another mechanic and they said the same thing. Had to have a custom manufactured product made to satisfy the wiggle issue. Dealer said there was nothing wrong with the part and buying a new one would fit the same way. Avoid this shop. Nightmare and several days away from work.
Car passed all computer checks failed me on a visual item that the dealership said was bullshit. Won’t come back nightmare experience.
Extremely friendly, fast and efficient. Amazing service. Will be back again.
