The staff member who answered the phone was friendly and was very helpful. I called to confirm what a previous review mentioned about billing as a hospital, and they still do. So be aware that this could be much more expensive than a standalone facility.

I was referred by the Living Well Center and saw Susan as my therapist and have been very impressed. Over the years I've seen many therapists to help with back and joint pain and she’s been the most helpful. She is skilled and thoughtful and perceptive in working around my limitations to help me be the most functional possible. I strongly recommend her and the approach of the Living Well Center.

A word of warning to anyone interested in this practice - this facility is billed as a hospital, not an office despite it being an office setting inside a hospital. For that reason, the fees are EXTREMELY HIGH. Each 30 minute was billed as almost $1,200, then negotiated down from there. While our PT was decent, the care was 1000% not worth what they charge.
