The therapist are amazing they go above and beyond the job to helping you get better, as well very knowledgeable in ways to help you! Front desk ladies are very helpful, kind to you as will!
The therapist I saw seemed to know her stuff and I’m sure she could have helped me. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to schedule appointments due to the one on one treatment protocol the clinic has. While that may work for some, with a busy schedule, I found it inadequate to be placed on a wait list for three weeks for openings to become available. If you need help with something pressing, this would not be a good fit for you.
They really take time with you here, they take a comprehensive history of what your issues are, but more importantly, they stay with you and observe you doing the exercises. Big contrast with other places where they leave you and go work with others. Way more 1:1 time here. Definitely an improvement over other PT places I have been. Communication has been great by all, including the front desk and therapists.
