I have recently had two Mitsubishi air con units purchased and installed by Star Sparky Direct. Overall a very satisfying experience. The process was smooth. Contacted them this Monday, by Friday two units were installed, up and running. Client service agent Cassie (sorry if I have spelled your name incorrectly!) has been very patient with me, answered every of my questions, helped me drafting up installation plans. Recommend Star Sparky, great service, made a couple of changes to the order which they happily accommodated. Good value product and install kit which I did not find elsewhere (and seemed to be of great quality). Sparky was happy because it saved them time with the wiring. All installed and working fine.
