We had the pleasure of having Xavier as our driver for Father's day weekend. He was a great driver. He greeted everyone and went over and beyond during our trip. He is definitely someone you want as a driver. Easy to communicate with. You will not be disappointed. Hopefully we can get him again next year during Father's Day weekend.
I take this bus to work every day and today one of you're busses almost literally damn near clipped my fiancee in my suv she had to quickly reverse to avoid it and barely dodged it on top of cutting off a truck in the middle of the road by about 3 meters in which they responded by honking at the bus. I'm absolutely infuriated.

I took the bus from Austin to Plano on a Tuesday night and my driver accidentally handed my suitcase to a different passenger in a different town. I’ve gotten 0 assistance to help find my luggage nor to return the other passenger’s suitcase
