The individuals at Starshine construction, in particular Mathab Raja are schemers. They sold me the idea that Starshine was a reputable company that I could trust with urgent repair needed at house . They took $15,000.00 deposite gave a contract and reasuring document that states they will refund fund but its al a schem. a Starshine did not Start the job nor did they intendto return the money..
