He showed up right on time, was incredibly friendly, and quickly diagnosed and resolved a power outage affecting my upstairs bathroom outlet, bedroom ceiling light, and powder room. Early this morning we experienced a partial power outage on one floor of our Mississauga home. After going through some "troubleshooting" ourselves, my wife Anna and I decided to call in the Big Gun!
