Star Rentals is one of my go-to vendors! My main contact Stephen is always reliable, professional, and is awesome to work with. If there’s ever a mistake on either side, he’s quick to make it right and always treats us fairly. His commitment to customer service and willingness to help make him someone I can confidently recommend!
Star rentals had great communication regarding my reservation of the utility loader. Pick-up was great, they provided an explanation of how to use the machine. Machine worked great, but ground was too soft to use. Returned machine early and they were very understanding of the situation choosing not charge for the time. Would use them again in the future.
We have been working with Star Rentals Vancouver for over 15 years and all the guys over there are great. Kyle Buttolph is the best he is always very helpful in helping me find what i need.
I highly recommend using Star Rentals because the whole team from Sales, service and office staff are properly trained and work together to meet all of our Equipment needs. Please give them Boys a raise, They are professionals with great equipment rates.
Star Rentals is truly second to no other equipment provided in the area! I have used them EXCLUSIVELY for the past 5+ years and out of the thousands of reservations (multiple a day) I have made there have been less than 1% (if that) that presented a challenge.
