We’ve been using Star Rentals for years. They've never mad us feel like we’re dealing with a corporation, more like a partner. The sales team is always quick to get us quotes and scheduling equipment to get on site. When we have a machine needing maintenance, they’re out and have it up and running within a day or two. Other places might be cheaper, but we’re more than happy to pay a little more for the quality of service.
Super friendly staff. Equipment was nice, delivered and picked up very smoothly.
These guys are amazing! Paul and Lawrence went above and beyond to help me sort out issues with our generator. They made sure all my questions where answered and I understood everything. I would recommend the folks here for something small or a whole worksite any time!
Gordy is absolutely amazing to talk to, I always hang up with a smile. He does everything he can to make sure we're taken care of. And no not apart of friends and family. :)
