They charged us when we rented equipment from them and then they were supposed to pick it up on Monday morning. We called Monday afternoon to remind them and they said not to worry about it, we were off the rental and it was their responsibility now. Tuesday, they still didn't pick it up, it was in a parking lot where they delivered it. We expressed great concern about the equipment and they still didn't show up. rented pressure washer from them and called and said I was some with it and they didn't come get it for 3 days and it got stolen and now I'm on the hook for it shity biz pic it up when you say your going to not 3 days later never using them again
