I reserved some equipment to rent at Star and there was a communication issue with my order when I arrived to pick it up. After speaking to the manager, he quickly fixed the problem and came up with an alternative solution for me. I really appreciated the customer service I received and will look at star first for my next rental. Thanks to everyone at the Spokane Valley location.
