Called about a mini skidsteer. Asked how he was doing. He half heartedly replied "how can I help you?" I asked if he had any mini or compact skid steers and he said they did. Asked if he knew the size of the bucket and he said "nope". Asked if her knew the yard capacity he said "nope. Asked if he knew how much it weighted he said I don't know like 3,000 lbs... what a horrible salesmen haha can't believe someone pays this man.
They have the best delivery drivers EVER! Shawn is 10/10. Highly recommend this location for any rental needs.
I reserved some equipment to rent at Star and there was a communication issue with my order when I arrived to pick it up. After speaking to the manager, he quickly fixed the problem and came up with an alternative solution for me. I really appreciated the customer service I received and will look at star first for my next rental. Thanks to everyone at the Spokane Valley location. Management, service, drivers, you were a great team to work with. Thank you.
