I had a terrible experience with Star Protection Agency. They charged me over $200 in fees, but when it came to pay, they only gave me minimum wage for orientation and just $10 an hour for training, even though I was hired at $15 per hour. It felt like a complete bait-and-switch. They make it seem like a decent job at first, but then nickel and dime you while underpaying for the time you’re required to work. Definitely not worth it—look elsewhere if you want fair pay and honest treatment.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Star Protection, especially Wade and Dwayne from corporate. True professionals; and have always shown up for me when I needed their help. My account was suffering only because I didn’t have a good site supervisor. They listened to my issues, addressed all of my concerns and followed up with me. I couldn’t be happier with my current site supervisor- SHE WALKS ON WATER in my eyes! Thank you to the entire leadership for their partnership, dedication and commitment to me and my account!
bad company, stuck out at a job w no training on first night, someone called me to explain the duties... really? then next day i got in trouble because i didnt do something right, duh ya think? how about send someone out to train me da way is supposed to go? i quit and found better company
