Awful customer service. We’ve been on a list for a pool repair for over a month and a half. The rep who answered the phone was a complete idiot. We buy all of our pool supplies and chemicals from this Normandy location.. spending lots of money with them and we were planning to buy a new pool heater(not cheap). You just lost our business and we are spreading the word at your bad service.

Truly above and beyond. Our pool being so well taken care that We never have to worry about putting our child in is just a plus side❤️

RecommendedAs a first time home buyer who has never owned a pool - you really took care of me and put me at ease making sure you would help educate me on how to maintain a beautiful pool my family could enjoy. Friendly helpful service goes such a long way! I was not overwhelmed or pressured to buy more than what I needed. I am very impressed by the staff who patiently & eagerly answered each question I had, and there were many! I can see this being a great company I can rely on for years to come! Thank you so much!
Do not buy pool equipment from this store. They do not service/stand behind what they sell. We spent $1800 on a pump system from them that we could have gotten much cheaper online because I thought going to an actual store would be better service. It broke completely within 3 weeks of installation and they did NOTHING. Would not even return my calls. So terribly disappointed. Lesson learned.

Done with this place. I have come here for 10 years and im done. Sherri, is just nasty and rude. Show some kinder customer service. If I don't know exactly what i need, don't respond "well I don't know either", in a nasty tone. Will be taking my pool needs elsewhere, as there are actually closer places to where i live than here. She just ruined it for me. Thanks a lot!
