I had an extremely negative experience with Star Pool Cleaner. Unfortunately, their representative Marco engaged in harassing and threatening behavior, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, management exhibited similarly belligerent and threatening conduct, which only escalated the situation. They deliver incredibly disappointing service for a very high price. Today, after cleaning my pool, there were still leaves on the bottom of the pool and so much stuff floating on top, I am sure it was not skimmed. I contacted the service provider immediately and was told he could come back next week.... My neighbor pays about half of what I pay for weekly service and his pool looks great. I thought I'd get better service for the price! I will no longer use Star Pool and would not recommend them.
