Absolutely terrible customer service. I ask for help cross referencing an item, and I get sent a link to the website as if I am supposed to find it myself. If you have people hired to do "inside sales" you might want to train them to do more than copy & paste a link.

Very polite, professional & swift with getting the job done.
Products themselves aren't bad but whatever nitwit wrote the installation specs needs fired. Calls for 50-60ftlbs to tighten the seals. It leaks until 140ftlbs
