I am currently seeing Kali LaRue for my back - she's a fantastic therapist. I have also seen other PT's at this office over the years for wrist and elbow issues. I really appreciate the staff's commitment to research and knowledge based personalized service resulting in complete return to normal function without pain. Over the summer, I received "virtual" office visits and now their office is open again, offering clean, Covid-19 compliant services. I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but great things to say about star! Rob has been a great therapist right from the day I met him... To rehabbing my knee for acl surgery to recovery rehab form the acl surgery ! Wonderful friendly staff. Clean facilities! Would recommended highly!

I recently received 4 physical therapy sessions with Mr. Wager for tennis related shoulder pain. It was starting to affect my ability to lift weights and play freely with my kids. I was relieved to learn it was tinnitus and that nothing structurally was damaged. Tom was very thorough and professional. He gave me several exercises to perform throughout the week and it worked. WHY??? Why did I wait years to come here? I have had mid-back pain for over 5 years. With the right physical therapy it was gone in ONE WEEK! Location is close by too! Right in Henrietta.
I was so impressed. Rob did an excellent job with everything, from explaining things to the exercises. Very thorough and very professional. I couldn't be more happy with the services at STAR!
While sitting in the waiting room during my grandmother's appointment, I witnessed Steve's interaction with an elderly man who had walked in with multiple questions. Steve spent upwards of 20 minutes patiently explaining every aspect of the process, speaking to both the physical and financial implications of PT services. He answered every question (often multiple times) to ensure that this man understood everything in a general sense, without even pushing Star as his only option.
