John Ciavaglia is the best Physical Therapist I've ever met. I've had a number of (mostly un remarkable but painful to me) injuries / strains and pains. He's always been able to figure out the problem and help me know what to do about it (with his help when necessary.) I highly recommend him. Stephanie Spoto is a wonderful and highly educated personal trainer at STAR. I have gotten excellent programs (which I do on my own) from her.
