Karen’s team is a well oiled machine. They know what to do and when. They are friendly, compassionate, and very professional. The atmosphere is light, and at the same time, very focused. The room is glass from floor to ceiling on two sides which just adds to that atmosphere. I am going through my third post operative rehab with them, which includes a double knee replacement. I am glad that they are still here for me.
I went to STAR physical therapy back in 2006 following a series of knee surgeries including an ACL replacement, which is when I initially met Karen Griffin and discovered how talented a Physical Therapist she is. Recently, I have returned for therapy on my shoulder, and as before, her uncanny expertise was evident, as was her gentle & effective communication style, while she explained what was happening with my shoulder.
