At a recent pt session in Sango for treatment for a replaced hip, I was given an exercise to do that my hip was not quite ready for. The therapist was not close enough to assist me and, in twisting to avoid falling on the hip, over corrected and my hip was dislocated. I was taken to the emergency room, x ray taken, sedated and fortunately a doctor there was able to put the hip back in alignment. Extremely painful experience.
