GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND MAKE THEM WAIT AS YOU READ FINE PRINT. Also, every visit get in writing that what you are paying is covering your visit. I was not informed that my copay was not my payment. I went for weeks to appease my doctor. Doctor said star took my insurance and after double checking with star, would pay 40.00 co pay per visit.
