I’m new to Star PT but after 3 visits I can say I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything while making sure you’re comfortable throughout each session.

Like the way they explain why they do what they do and take time with each exercise so as to measure where the pain is coming from. Seems they try to move as far as they can amid some level of pain in order to work through it. .Are respectful, have pleasant manner
GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND MAKE THEM WAIT AS YOU READ FINE PRINT. Also, every visit get in writing that what you are paying is covering your visit. I was not informed that my copay was not my payment. I went for weeks to appease my doctor. Doctor said star took my insurance and after double checking with star, would pay 40.00 co pay per visit. I was never told that I would owe any additional and there was at least six weeks, possibly 12 for someone to mention a balance on visits. Three full months later I get a bill for 6... read more
