These guys are amazing! There work is really professional and always leave pools looking sparkling!
After the pool service was done, the water turned green. I asked customer service about the reason, and she replied, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” She was unprofessional and impatient. The pool man tried to resolve the issue, but the customer service representative (possibly the owner) kept shifting the blame. Choose carefully.
Star Ocean Group built a new pool for us. We are very satisfied about their works and services from beginning to end. Will recommend to everyone!
